Billing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. You get 15 credits every month with no credit card and no trial that turns into a charge. That's enough to package a few videos end to end and decide whether it's worth paying for.
Who handles payments? Is it secure?
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, so your card details never touch our servers. Creem also handles VAT and sales tax and sends your receipts.
How do credits work?
Every plan includes monthly credits. An SEO package costs 1 credit, a basic thumbnail image costs 1 credit, and a premium image costs 5. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over. If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from Billing. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your projects stay saved.
Can I use the results commercially?
You can use the titles, descriptions and thumbnails you create on your own channels, including monetized ones. Check the image provider's terms for the model you use, and only upload photos, logos or faces you have the right to use.
